Game Day

Even though I lost the bet, our Super Bowl party was a success.  We were minus a few people, but we had a blast with the ones that did make it.  In fact, I'm a little dehydrated today...a sign of a good night.


For the nacho bar, I had pie tins everyone could pile their goods into then place under the broiler to turn it into melty goodness.  The mojito shooters were yummy and the kids gobbled up their Coke Jell-O cups.

Jaden gave me the great idea of sketching the team logos in each end zone and those TV trays of Craig's are super handy for all kinds of things.  The Key Lime Tarts were so amazing and they disappeared quickly, the link for the recipe is under Super Bowl Menu.

I brought out all the football collectibles Craig owns and turned the joint into a man cave for the day...just the day.

I hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did on game day and hopefully we'll be watching our Seahawks this time next year.
